So it’s mid January – how are those New Year’s resolutions going?? I am normally a stickler for thinking about what improvements I can make on myself for the following year. However the last two years I have tended to break bad habits or create positive changes little by little throughout the year (or years!) When I reflect back, this process has been slow but definitely longer lasting.
